ten years from now

In ten years from now I hope to have accomplished quite a bit. I would like to have all of my education done by then, which includes an MBA. From this, I plan on working in a corporate setting, in a management capacity. While in this setting, I want to keep climbing the corporate ladder.
For additional income I would like to own real estate so that I can earn money from that. After my education I plan on saving as much money as I can to purchase a house, and from there I want to continue to purchase houses and real estate to rent out. I think that in doing so, it will also become a side hobby and hopefully I will not see it as work, but instead entertainment.
I would like to live in a warm climate, and preferably the east coast. I do not have a certain area in mind, but I would like for it to be in a developing city so I can take advantage of the growth. I also would hope that it is near some sort of water. I hope to have plenty of leisure time for boating fishing and other outdoor activities on the water.

Response to web 2.0

After seeing Web 2.0, it is clear where the title comes from. With the rapid expansion of user input on the internet, a second version is being created. For someone entering the workforce this will lead to great advantages and disadvantages for the applicant. By having so much input, and the ability to view other peoples works, information that you would not want your employer to find, is likely to get brought up. Luckily, the pros easily outweigh the benefits. With this second version of the web, rapid communications will lead to a more efficient business model for all. Those currently in the workforce, will either change well, or have large issues. Trusting electronics to transfer large sums of money, and ideas is an abstract thought for many, but will be necessary to keep up in the business world. Rethinking everything means that nothing is the same- there will always be new ways to do things, and we should never get to comfortable with the current way of doing such things.

Introduction

Hey everyone!

My name is Jesse Toedtman. I am a junior studying business management here at Clemson, and would like to continue on with my education hopefully obtaining a MBA. I am originally from New York, but moved down here not too long ago. I have also lived in Charlotte and Cincinnati Ohio as well.

I have quite a few hobbies. Going out on the water and fishing is always a good time, as well as college football. I like auto racing too, especially drag racing. Traveling is another hobby of mine, as I want to see the whole country. In my spare time I also sell things on ebay.
