Technology
I think that the best thing about the group page has been the file exchange. It is so easy to upload a file, and then let everyone access it. This saves time over actually sending everyone a message individually with the attachment. Another bonus to this is that you can access it anywhere- you dont have to be on your computer
I cannot think of any negatives to this form of communication we have used.

Mis communication
This communication error could have been solved if I had properly wrote down on the work order what was to be done. Since I thought I was going to do the install however, it was not. In the end everything was worked out, and I was able to see how truly crazy customers can get when things are not 100%.

Cover Letters
One thing that I dont like was the postscript technique. I think that this makes you come off a little to enthusiastic. I think that you should try to be me smooth about adding interesting facts to your CV, so that it flows better. By saying PS it is not professional.
I did not know a CV had to be so large. I thought it was between 1 and 2 sentences, but know different now. I also learned the proper format, of the three paragraphs.

Three Presentations
I have been wanting to saltwater fishing for quite some time now, so the fact that I got some insight on it was great. The pictures truly helped out with the presentation as well. For the Asian stereotypes presentation, it was very funny. I had never known that South Carolina has a state dog.
It was a great idea to bring the actual dog into class, as it truly strengthened the presentation. In general all of the youtube videos helped as well for everyones presentation.

Blog
I will write about last weeks here-
I think that I agree with the job interview mistakes quite well. I think that asking about the follow up would be very important, and probably is missed often, as it seems intrusive to ask. I personally would have a hard time asking someone, OK what do I do now, as I would fear that maybe they are not interested. My last job interview was quite some time ago, and I remember I felt pretty confident going in. The question that hung me up was when I was asked about what are my weaknesses. I was not prepared for such a question at all, and it truly showed. Another question I was asked was explain a time when you did well in a group setting. This one really stumped me.
I think the best way to prepare for a job interview, is to look up on the companies website a lot of information about the jobs offered, locations, beliefs in the company, and other tidbits. Also making sure that you know the industry is very important as well. I liked how we went over common tough questions, and it allows me to mentally prepare what to say if asked these questions.

For the presentation of the project, I am not sure exactly what we are to do. Are we going to be doing a full out in class presentation, or do we create a video of some sorts? How will we be graded upon this? Will we have a team member argue for our grade solely, or does your input have a determining factor on the grade?

ten years from now
For additional income I would like to own real estate so that I can earn money from that. After my education I plan on saving as much money as I can to purchase a house, and from there I want to continue to purchase houses and real estate to rent out. I think that in doing so, it will also become a side hobby and hopefully I will not see it as work, but instead entertainment.
I would like to live in a warm climate, and preferably the east coast. I do not have a certain area in mind, but I would like for it to be in a developing city so I can take advantage of the growth. I also would hope that it is near some sort of water. I hope to have plenty of leisure time for boating fishing and other outdoor activities on the water.

Response to web 2.0
After seeing Web 2.0, it is clear where the title comes from. With the rapid expansion of user input on the internet, a second version is being created. For someone entering the workforce this will lead to great advantages and disadvantages for the applicant. By having so much input, and the ability to view other peoples works, information that you would not want your employer to find, is likely to get brought up. Luckily, the pros easily outweigh the benefits. With this second version of the web, rapid communications will lead to a more efficient business model for all. Those currently in the workforce, will either change well, or have large issues. Trusting electronics to transfer large sums of money, and ideas is an abstract thought for many, but will be necessary to keep up in the business world. Rethinking everything means that nothing is the same- there will always be new ways to do things, and we should never get to comfortable with the current way of doing such things.

Introduction
My name is Jesse Toedtman. I am a junior studying business management here at Clemson, and would like to continue on with my education hopefully obtaining a MBA. I am originally from New York, but moved down here not too long ago. I have also lived in Charlotte and Cincinnati Ohio as well.
I have quite a few hobbies. Going out on the water and fishing is always a good time, as well as college football. I like auto racing too, especially drag racing. Traveling is another hobby of mine, as I want to see the whole country. In my spare time I also sell things on ebay.
